详细信息 Product Name: Maltose Syrup Production Line Model NO.: 10MT/D to 50MT/d Type: Custom Manufacturing Storage Method: Normal Form: Custom Manufacturing Shelf Life: >12 Months Packaging Material: metal Trademark: YHT Transport Package: Container Specification: Customized Origin: Shijiazhuang, Hebei, China HS Code: 8438800000 Product Description MaltoseSyrup Production LineProcess: 1.1. Preparation ofstarch milk: Refinedstarchfromstarch plantis dissolvedintothewatertankto be adjusted to 19~20Be, then add Na2CO3to adjust the PH to around 5.4~6.0, and addα-amylase to be ready for liquefaction.1.2. Liquefaction: Pump the prepared starch milk to the 1stinjector, which injects steam directly into the starch milk, making the temperature rise to 110ºCquickly. After entering the 1stflash evaporator, lower the temperature to 98ºCand keep it for a certaintime. The material, with a lower viscidity after initial hydrolysis, is pumped into the 2ndinjector, where its temperature reaches up to 135ºCquickly, then sentto the 2ndflash evaporator, where the temperature declines to 95ºC. After subsequently staying in the tubular reactor for 90-120 minutes, the material has a DE valuebetween 15 and 20.1.3. Saccharification: Addhydrochloric acidinto the material after liquefaction and make itsPH value to 4.0-4.5, while lowering itstemperature from 90ºCto 60ºC. Add Fungal enzyme into it and keep stirring with heat insulation. Aftersubsequently 16 to 24 hours' saccharificationperiod, itsDE valueis40-60.1.4. Refining: Throughrefining, the impurities, protein, fat, pigment, and edible saltsare removed from the saccharification liquid. The materialis first put into the vacuum filter, where thebest temperature is 70ºCto 85ºCfor filtration. Withinsoluble protein and fat separated, the clear and slightly colored saccharification liquid goes intocarbonabsorptionunit, which further separates the insoluble protein and pigment. Keep adding inactivatedcarbon at the temperature between 75ºCand 85ºCin order to make the material have full contact with carbon. Then sendthe material into filtersto removecarbon, and into secondary filtersto make sure that the outgoing material is free ofcarbon.1.5. Ion exchange: After filtration, amino acid and Inorganic salts are separated from the saccharification liquid. The material goes through ion exchange after being lowered to 48~50ºC, firstly cation exchange resin, whereNa, Fe, Ca, Cu and someamino acidsare separated, and secondly anionexchange resin, wherechlorides, sulfates, phosphatesand most of the soluble amino acidsare removed, which produces the refined saccharification liquid.1.6. Concentration:WithDS about 30%, thepurifiedliquid, after adjusting PHvalue, is sent into thefalling filmevaporatorforconcentration, which producesconcentratedsugarliquid not less than75%on dry matter basis.
